there has been such a change since the new owners have taken over the employees are friendly and courteous and the selection of fish and other products is outstanding keep up the good work more

Stay Away 2/16/2011

Store has great selection but the employees were very rude. Matt was very helpful and intelligent but Joe was very rude and uninformed. I love their selection of African cichlids but I don't think I will ever go back. more

Not bad if you know what you want 8/4/2009

Made several trips with varying degrees of satisfaction. Selection is normally great, prices are ok, but customer service is not too great. Been times you walk in and can't get anyone to wait on you. Try to check out and they are too busy either talking between themselves or on the phone. Have had times when they were willing and happy to wait on you, but not many and not worth the trip (a bit out of the way). Pros: Large Selection of saltwater items Cons: Customer Service Stinks! more
