The focus of my practice is client care. That means that my goal is to be as attentive and responsive to my clients as is reasonably possible. My staff cares about our clients in the same way that I do. I will always answer a client's question even if they may not like the answer. I pride myself on giving my clients an honest assessment of their legal issue and if I can help I will and if I can't I will tell you why I can't.

As a veteran I also offer limited pro bono services to other veterans. Whether I take your case bro bono depends on the case and circumstances. If I can not take your case pro bono I will offer significant discounts on my fee. Proof of service is required at the time of the consultation.

I have a great love of Constitutional Law which is why my criminal law cases are so important to me. I view my role as a criminal defense attorney as a protector of the constitutional rights of my clients. Under the law a person is innocent until proven guilty however in the court of public opinion that is not always the case. My goal is to fight vigourously to protect my clients from state infringment upon their constitutional rights.
