Outstanding butcher shop 8/24/2011

Thats 4 for 4. You guys are batting 1000. The pork chops stuffed with fontina cheese and procuitto was outstanding, as were the 2 different steaks and the garlic sausage. I will definitely be buying a lot more. Its in a different class than Publix or Kroger, and better than Whole Foods....and a bunch more reasonable. Great job more

Best sausage around! 3/31/2011

This shop makes the BEST fresh and smoked sausage around! We tried the Boerewors and it knocked my socks off. My neighbor who is from South Africa recommended it to us. He says it is the best he has had in the States and as good as the best he had in South Africa. My favorite was the Jalapeno & Cheddar, AMAZING stuff! more

Finally! A True Butcher Shop 3/25/2011

Having lived in metro Atlanta for almost 24 years now I had finally given up hope for ever finding a wonderful butcher. It's here, it's close, and it's great! I first tried the stuffed pork chops. Absolutely to die for. Next it was filet mignon - delicious. A pork tenderloin made for delicious lunches for one full week and my husband couldn't stop bragging on how good the hamburgers I grilled tasted. I've made this a regular grocery stop. more

Findley's is the Entire Package! 3/16/2011

I went to Findley's last week because my friends have been raving about their packaged meat deals. I had a great experience! The owners' are so friendly and I felt so good buying quality meats for my family that are farm to table and healthy! Not only that, but I saved so much money. I purchased the smallest package which contains 31 meals' worth of different pork, beef, and chicken cuts which is $155. From the grocery, that would cost usually cost me double that! And it's a great way for me to organize our family's meals ahead of time so that it's not too frantic during the week. Thank you, Findley's! more
