Pays by the job - not by the hour. If you wait (and you will every day and every shift) you will only get paid .18 cents a minute, but you will only get paid after 45 minutes of waiting. You will get screwed. Pay is usually pretty low and they will not give you very much work. If you want to make money here, you will be driving all day with a lot of gaps between starting the scheduled routes. You will pay for gas and ALL expenses including insurance ($74 / month).
Pros: A job now
Cons: lots of waiting time and no pay
