I was very pleased with the service and the work that was done on my car. The staff is extremely helpful and professional. My car was repaired in less than the time they estimated, I cannot see any evidence that there was any repair done and they even detailed my car before returning it to me. more

Great Experience 8/7/2011

We did not know about Noaker's until we had our accident and were recommended to use them by our insurance company. We enjoyed being able to watch the progress of the repairs via the vehicle watch, which was free of charge. The car was finished when they said it would be. They were always very polite to talk to on the phone. Our car looked great when we picked it up. I would definately recommend and use them again in the future. more

Quality work and very detailed. Although there was a delay in our receiving our vehichle, it was not the fault of the shop, it couldn't be helped. The office kept us informed and notified us of any changes. It was a pleasure to work with the staff, they made a difficult situation less stressful. more

Clean shop, professional and a real pleasure to work with! 6/23/2011

I have been very happy with the service I've received from Noakers Auto Body over the years, he's a good man. When my son and daughter asked me where they should go for repairs, there was no hesitation when I recommended Noakers. I think they run a really nice and clean shop there. Recently, he even left me a courtesy bag, on my passenger seat. And they brought it back to me clean. It was not clean when I dropped it off! I would drive an hour out of my way to take my car there. 5/3/2011

Noaker's Auto Body did a wonderful job on my car. Everything was pretty quick, and everything was really good, so I'd recommend them. They took really, really good care of my car. It was immaculate when I picked it up, which was really something! I didn't expect it to be so spotless and clean. Noaker's kept in contact with me the whole time. They kept telling me what was going on, and when I could expect it to be done. They gave me a date range, and it was actually done the first day on the date range, so that was pretty cool. Their customer service was everything they made it out to be and more! They're really nice guys. Everything they said they were going to do was done perfectly! Even though I now live an hour away, I would drive out of my way to take my car to them. more

Noakers Auto Body never tries to pull one over on you! 3/14/2011

I started going to Noakers Auto Body a few years back. Going on good reports from trusted friends and colleagues, and their visibility, I gave them a try. The people there are friendly, courteous and really take care of their customers. The place and the property are clean and well taken care of and don't resemble a junkyard. This indicates to me if they care about their facility and take care of it, then they'll care about the cars they take in to work on. Don't hesitate, sure do your homework if you need to, but this is the best place to go. Everything about them is above the standard norm. I highly recommend them. Ken Clouser more

Convenient, Friendly, and Reliable. 3/9/2011

I have used Noakers Auto Body twice now, so I am a repeat customer. They dealt directly with my insurance company, which cuts out the middleman. And, they also worked with the rental car company, so I had a car the entire time they were working. Everything was convenient and they were all very friendly. The first time I went to them after my tailgate had been vandalized. I went to them more recently when my car was struck by some ice from a truck, which damaged fog light and front end. I am not an expert, but everything looks fine and they guarantee their work. Also, they provide a complete detail. My car is cleaned and vacuumed when I get it back, and that is very nice. more

Class Act Business 1/24/2011

From the 1st call I made to Noakers just after my vehicle was involved in a accident, till the time I picked up my vehicle, I couldn't have asked for better service. The insurance company like always was the hold up. Being able to see my vehicle's progress on their web site step by step in their state of the art shop shows how commited they are to their customers. They treat you just like family. more

Outstanding job! 12/15/2010

They did an outstanding job with my car. They got it in, gave me a loaner car, and I had the car back a day earlier than I expected! Not only was it fixed completely, but it was detailed inside and out! I looked brand new! I thank you very much for your hard work! I will recommend you to all of my friends! more

Wonderful 8/23/2010

I scraped the side of my car on a post at the gas station, and a lady recommended Noakers Auto Body. They put a whole new door on and fixed the entire side. The only thing they couldn't do was a new coat over a new door to protect against bugs in Florida, where I live part of the year. The worker said they couldn't put that on right away, and I think that may have been because of the paint. I have a free car wash every month and a clean, and I know I'm absolutely, positively pleased. I'm very, very happy with their work. I'm very pleased. Everything was wonderful. Courtesy, very helpful, explain everything to you. I think they even go overboard. I'll definitely be using them again and am planning on calling them soon, since I am going to be going back to Florida. more

I would recommend them for anyone who owns a standard American car. 8/5/2010

I have 2 nationwide cars and one of them is an Alpha Romero. When I took it to Noaker's Auto Body they didn't want to touch it, so my first impression was that they wouldn't be a good shop. However, my other car is just a big, normal, American car and they did fine; it was perfect. They helped me out with my car a couple of times. It actually took about 6 months to get it fixed. Well, the work only took a day, but we were waiting on a part from GM. I was not in any rush, so they wired things up so that it would work for me while we waited. Whenever I had trouble with something they would fix it. I didn't get a rental car, which I know they do, but even though my car looked bad it was still drivable. Everyone at Noaker's is friendly and helpful. I also qualified to get free details for life, which is great. They seem to be pretty good. In fact, I was disappointed that they wouldn't work on my Alpha because I like them. I would recommend them for anyone who owns a normal American car. more

Customer friendly and easy to work with. 8/4/2010

We have used Noaker's Auto Body 3 times for my daughter's car. They have been very helpful. We called to get an estimate and they told us to bring in the car at our convenience. We took it in, and it was done in a timely fashion. There were no problems and no questions. When we were finished they even told us that there were some dings that weren't noticed at first, and that they contacted the insurance, got it taken care of, and fixed them. That was great because we didn't even have to be the middle man between Noaker's and the insurance. more
