Nissan of the Eastside broke a relationship that my family has had with another dealership for years. While my last dealer is still great, I'll definitely be going back to Bellevue for my future vehicles. They beat or matched all the quotes from the other guys. more

Surprisingly enough, this dealer was very helpful over the phone and that is why I ended up buying a car from them. I was trying to get some preliminary info. over the phone and Nissan of the Eastside was by far the best when it came to information as well as customer service. more

we had a great experience with Melvin. We came in looking for a new car and after a few questions, Marvin led us to the 2 models he thought would be a fit for me. 30 minutes later we were signing the paperwork. Marvin was great and never pushy. We appreciated the knowledgeable staff and the positive experience. more

Bought a used truck over the internet and phone from Brandon. He arranged for me to be picked up at the airport by Noel who was very nice, I tried to give him a tip and he refused it. everything was as stated. Everything went as planned. more

I went to Eastside for a tuneup oil change and tire rotation on my '09 Murano and was in the waiting room and Brandon stopped by and greeted me and we started chatting. The next thing you know Brandon and Patrick worked with me to get me into my dream car a Cross-Cab 2011 Murano! They met my needs and I was very happy with the personal care both Brandon and Patrick gave me during my trade in and purchase process. I recommend Nissan Eastside to all Washingtonians. more
