We were out of town for a softball tournament and found a screw in our tire. We pulled in and Michael was awesome from the start. Within 5 minutes he had our car in for service and they also found something else that was under warranty that they took care of. You never know when you are out of town what you are going to get but your dealership was exceptional! Michael is a real asset to your team. He was very welcoming and friendly!\r more

I came in for an oil change, no appt. made, but accommodated me anyway. People were friendly. Did not have the parts for the for the recall, but will order and will call me once it's available.\r more

Very Good Service 5/28/2014

Philip was very informative and helped me pick a great vechile.I came in looking at the Rouge but the style had changed (which I liked) but I could tell was to big for me.He showed me the Select Rouge but I was not impressed.Than he showed me the Juke.After a test drive,I was sold.Now I had to convince my husband that it was just the size I needed.So they let me take it home for the night.Everyone in the dealership was friendly and helpful.The paper work was a breeze,took less than a hour.I have sat way longer than that before at other dealerships.So the whole experience was great. more

It was great. Michael always takes care of us, and your technicians always do a good job checking the car over. It turns out there's some other warranty work that needs tending too. I've never had a dealer willingly find work to do under warranty. Honesty is great.\r more

the best service 2/3/2014

I love how prompt and attentive the service staff was on my veey first visit. Brought from another dealership and only having it for a few days I was not familiar with all of the cars features. Micheal took the time to show me how to work the computer in my car and explain the rewards program (which save me money on that first visit!) Because of that first experience I came back for my oil change cause I new dick scott nissan would give me great service. I would like to give a special thanks to Micheal for being so nice, helpful and informative. more
