Both times I have had oil changes they wash the car both don't even dry it off. it is a black 370Z, THAT LEAVES WATER SPOTS. I TAKE MY BLASCK TOYOTA TRUCK TO ANY OF...

Quick & Easy 2/16/2015

This was my first visit for service since we purchased our Pathfinder. Jim was great. He was aware of the schedule, walked me into the waiting room, checked in with me while the service was being completed and finished with a smile. more

They call me by name 2/12/2015

I have never had to make an appt to get an oil change or a complementary inspection. I drop in and they make it happen in a timely manner. They also always wash my car even in bad weather. more

Honest Business Practices 2/10/2015

I like the shuttle convenience. Also, I appreciated that the inspection was completed before the planned brake work was done, as it was determined that the brakes were in good working condition so the work was not necessary at the time. more

Service 2/9/2015

After visiting nearly a dozen car dealerships and having such bad experiences it was refreshing to be able to walk in and not have the high pressure sales tactics. We had our questions answered, took a test drive and had a demonstration of all of the features that we were interested in. We left without purchasing then came back 2 days later to buy our new car. It was a great and enjoyable experience. more
