The service at Nirvana isn't something to write home about. The family team that runs it is to-the-point, efficient, and brisk. My fifth visit is the first time I saw the owner crack a slight smile of recognition. However, what they do serve is really delicious Indian food. You can get a wide range of dishes here, from your typical curries, lentils, samosas, and spinach dishes (complete with naan) to southern specialties not as well known such as dosa, which is kind of like a thin pancake made with such delicious vegetables and spices. Prepare to spend a little bit more at Nirvana. Service isn't the fastest during peak times. And it's a bit of a cramped space. But when it comes to food, it's well worth it, and everything is prepared perfectly, as it should be. You can choose how spicy you want your food (be aware.. Indian food is most thrilling when firey!).
