I purchased a scratch and dent LG refrigerator. I was told there was one dent on the refrigerator. I was told that the shipping company would only deliver it to my front door, and I was to inspect it before signing for delivery. The shipping company was almost 2 hours late past the window they gave me and I wasn't able to stay. My brother signed for the item without inspecting it. Upon my arrival at my house, I unwrapped it and saw that there was 9 dents on it. I called Nino's immediately and all I got was attitude from the woman I spoke to. She said since I signed for it, there wasn't much she could do. A few days later, she informed me that they will accept it to be returned but I would have to pay a 25% restocking fee. I paid $1400 for the frig and they want to charge me $350 to take back the damaged item. I am contacting an attorney and filing a complaint with the BBB. Do not do business with this company unless you can pick the item up yourself and you know the exact condition it is in. Even then, I'd beware.
