This place has the worst customer service that I’ve ever experienced. The owner of the restaurant (and all of the waitresses) are first generation Japanese immigrants. They do not value customer service highly. Instead, after you pay the bill, they expect you to leave within 5 minutes. We went to try this restaurant two days ago with a group of 10 people. The total bill came up to $300+ with 18% of gratuity. However, we only got hot tea fulfilled once during our entire dinner, and that was after numerous requests that we have made to the waitress. At the end, a glass of water was spilled on the table accidentally; one of our friends asked the waitress for a napkin so that she can dry her chair and personal belongings. Regrettably, she was told by the fobbish waitress that “You have been here for almost 3 hours already, you need to leave now” and refuses to hand her the napkin even though she was socked in the ice water! We couldn’t believe our ears once we heard her, and when we wanted her to clarify her statement, she had the guts to repeat herself again. Despite the total of $300 bill and the 18% gratuity that she has received, the public humiliation caused by her has gone way too far as the way to treat her customers. Shamelessly, the owner of the restaurant has not express any apology towards us but started to point his fingers at us at the same time.\r
We felt that we were humiliated and mistreated at this restaurant completely. Furthermore, the way that they treat their customer not only sabotages their reputation in the community, but also shows us how little they value their customers. I highly recommend taking your business somewhere else. There is Kyala on Diamond Blvd.; the food is great and the waitresses treat you with the respect that you deserve.\r
