Bad service 11/17/2010

Yes the service is bad but the sushi is good. Its best not to go when your extremely hungry. You will wait a long time for seating, for your food, things such as refills, your check, yeah its all bad. But the key is patience. I still go back I just go on days that I'm not in a rush and I have tons of time to kill. more

Good food, bad service 8/8/2009

The experience here is good, right up to the time when you get your sushi. After that you get ignored for long periods of time. You have to flag someone down to get re-fills or your check, and then wait even more time to get your card back. If you go, get take out. Pros: Really good sushi Cons: Horrible waitresses more

Great Place for Bad Service 4/3/2009

Our first visit to this place was about a year ago. We had a blonde pregnant waitress. She did a good job. We did learn a couple days later, by checking our bank statement, that we were charged twice for the tip. Pros: It's close to home Cons: Bad service, double charged tips, order wrong 66% times more

Best Sushi anywhere. Huge pieces. 6/26/2006

From the start, Ninja was a great place. Hard to believe Chris and Kim have been there over 6 years now. They recently expanded with a full bar. Everything on the menu is good, and they are always busy. The sushi is par to none, and their portions are huge. The Uni is fresh fresh fresh, and the soft-shelled crab is wonderful and hot. There are also non-sushi dishes available. Gilroy needed a place like this. Ninja rules! Pros: Wonderful food. Good atmosphere. Wonderful service. Cons: not a one more
