Nine Dragon Chinese Restaurant

The service is always decent. The food is always served quickly. The food itself is prepared well. Some days they have dishes that I prefer and sometimes they don't but most of the food served is regular day to day. The cost is not exorbitant and any time I need to go somewhere and just load up on food, enjoy a meal, or eat a good post workout meal, Nine Dragon is the place I go to. more

The food is always great. Service is always very fast . I have been going there for over seven years and have rarely gotten a bad meal or serivce. yes sometimes the snow crab legs do run out but when you have good food that will happen . Food on buffet is replaced quickly to ensure freshness. Only when there was a freezer problem did the ice cream run out . These things happen to all restaurants at one time or another. Nine Dragon's is truely one of Best Chinese Restaurants I have eaten at as I said for over Seven years. I have been there for lunch and dinner both the food is always good. My family and I opted to enjoy Father's Day by dining out at your restaurant, a decision we would later regret. After we were seated we went to serve our plates and found there were no Snow Crab Legs and the crawfish ran out while during that time. After 20 minutes we finally asked if they were going to put any more crab legs out and they said they were cooking them. The lady I asked said they would be right out and then she went back to sweeping the floor without checking on them. Another 10 minutes and they brought out a few that lasted all of 2 minutes with everyone serving themselves that had been waiting on them. The fried shrimp ran out and it was a good 10 minutes before they were refilled. Another small batch of crab legs were brought out after approximately 15 minutes and these lasted about a minute longer than the first batch. We had to actually take own dirty plates and place them on an empty table since no one came around to do this for us. I had to go to the front counter to get a refill on my drink. When we were ready for some dessert we found the ice cream case empty. When we ask about the ice cream we were told they were out. We went there for the full buffet and had to nearly beg to get most of it and no ice cream at all. When we went to pay I asked if they were going to compensate us at least a little for not having the full buffet and were told by the ""manager"" that it was marked on the bill ""Free Tax"". I then told him I also had a senior citizen discount and he said that was what the ""Free Tax"" was for. ""????"" While we were eating we also noticed and heard other customers complaining about the crab legs and ice cream. You have surely lost customers including myself and the rest of my family and from the comments I was hearing probably more. What should have been a joyful time celebrating Father's Day turn out to be a big disappointment. I would not recommend this restraurant to anyone and I nor any of my family will ever go back. Cons: Lousy service, Food on buffet not kept supplied, ran out of some of the buffet items more
