Best patio view 5/13/2008

My boyfriend and I recently took a couple of friends here. We had been there many, many times and prayed that they liked it as much as we did. They absolutely loved it!!!! \r \r Our server Jamie was very attentive and really suggested great menu choices. The menu had JUST changed and we wanted to try some of the new items. Let me tell you, it was nothing short of fantastic. Between the four of us we tried almost all of the new items. The BBQ pork belly was great. You can't leave there without at least having a bite of the potato crusted scallops. The best thing by far on the menu! It comes with a pea risotto that is out of this world. The half size salad portions are a great idea. \r \r Our server brought the manager over to help us pick out a wine. I think her name was Suzanne. She was very knowledgeable about all the wines. We got a bottle of white and red at her suggestion, and it was perfect with our meal.\r \r I've read the reviews that claim the food is over priced. Well these people obviously don't get out much. These prices are very standard when dining out at a restaurant of this caliber. \r \r We can't wait to sit on the patio and have some great food with our views of the mountains and some great wine! Pros: Service, views, food more

Excellent Food and Decor 5/13/2008

I am from NYC, and now live in Colorado, and I am very thankful for NINE75. It is very much like a NYC fine establishment. The food is great, and the people are very nice. I recently had a mistake with my bill and Susan, the manager, was extremely helpul in resolving the issue. Please keep in mind that the prices are very reasonable considering the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is great. You can't drive a Lexus and make small payments. I highly recommend this fine establishment. Pros: FOOD,Decor, great staff more

Great girls' night destination! 5/3/2008

We went to Nine75 for girls' night out and were very pleased. The food was delicious-- especially the duck confit empanadas and the goat cheese ravioli. The desserts were also very good with a playful twist-- ice cream cones and cotton candy. Mike, our server, took great care of us. He was fun and his timing was impeccable. The atmosphere at Nine75 is fun and chic and I would not only go back, but would highly reccommend it to anyone. One criticism, though, just to be fair. The flourless chocolate cake was a little disappointing-- dry and reminiscent of an overcooked brownie. Pros: Ambience, variety and creativity of menu items more

LOVE IT 3/18/2008

I love this restaurant!! The food is always phenomenal, the service is great and its just such a fun place to go eat! The mojitos and martinis are awesome and they have a really nice wine list. And every server I've ever had there has been great about recommending a good wine pairing with my meal!! This has been a great place to go with a big group and also out to celebrate our anniversary. It is so nice to have a restaurant like this in the area instead of having to go all the way to Boulder or Denver to eat out. Plus their patio in the summer has a beautiful view. We can't wait until it warms up and we can enjoy their mojitos and look at the mountains again!! The managers are very friendly and always visit our table to make sure we're enjoying everything which we always are! I would and do recommend this restaurant to EVERYONE I know. It may be a little more expensive than some of the other area restaurants, but its totally worth it. This restaurant is in a class above the rest. Love it!! Pros: mojitos, view, patio, service more

Great Customer Service, pretentious, and OVER-PRICED! 2/16/2008

My husband and I went to Nine75 to celebrate Valentine's Day on Feb. 15. We wanted to try it since two people recommend it to us. The wait-staff was very attentive. We liked the decor and we were eager to experience this ""ecclectic"" restaurant. We ordered the 4 lobster tacos for our appetizer which were each the size of a large chip but delicious. We ordered a two entrees - duck with orange-flavored couscous and a lamb dish with sweet potato fries which were the specials. We got ""French"" portions with ""French"" prices! We ordered a seasonal vegetable side dish which had cubed vegetables swimming in butter. \r \r We did not order drinks or dessert. Our bill came to over $60! We are small eaters but we both felt cheated. Needless to say, we went to another restaurant and ""finished"" our dinner.\r \r We will never go to this restaurant again. Save your money and go to a restaurant that is not so pretentious. Nine75 may tout itself as being ""ecclectic"" but it's prices are ""electric."" Pros: Ambience Cons: Prices, food portions more
