I don't like being so vain, but I have to admit that it got to me that I no longer looked good in a bikini like I used to. I just wanted to feel like me again, and my husband was supportive. He was happy with how I looked, he said, but he was fine with whatever I wanted as long as I picked the right doctor and didn't turn into some kind of plastic surgery addict. All I wanted was to get rid of that stubborn flab at the back of my thighs and back. I do pilates 4 times a week and I eat a healthy, low fat diet, which should make me an ideal candidate for liposuction. I did my research and found that Dr. Nikko was one of the most reputable plastic surgeons in Houston. I asked my girlfriends if they had heard of him, and one of them said that she went to him for fillers, so I felt better knowing that someone in my circle had experienced his work firsthand and was happy with the results. I made an appointment for a consultation, and Dr. Nikko listened to everything I said. He laid out all the risks, what he would do, what I should expect. He told me that the after care process was critical for my recovery. I decided to undergo the procedure, and I am very happy with my results. My recovery time was quick and the bruising was minimal. I have my old body back and my husband is definitely happy too. My friends are now wondering if they would like to get procedures done. I'm sure Dr. Nikko will do a good job with whatever procedure they choose. I know he pioneered the scarless breastlift, so if I need my breasts done in the future I know who to go to. He also does botox and fillers, so when the time comes I know I'm definitely giving hm a call. He's not cheap,but he's not overly pricey either--but then again, plastic surgery isn't really something anyone should cut corners on. The point is to look better, not to sacrifice your health. more

After breastfeeding my son, my breasts just didn't look the same anymore. They looked somewhat deflated, and I thought it was time to make a change so I could feel like myself again. I live in Houston, so I wanted the most reputable plastic surgeon I could find in my area and decided on Dr. Nikko. My girlfriend had gone to him for botox and fillers at his dermatology clinic, and he did such a wonderful job with her. I also did my research and found that he was one of the only surgeons to specialize in "no-stitch" breast enhancement, which I was impressed with since I wanted my breasts to look as natural as possible! I didn't want any ugly T-shaped scars, and I didn't want horrible scars in my armpits either. He walked me through on all my surgical options, and how it would look regarding my body type and frame. He was very helpful in helping me choose what procedure was right for me, based on what I want. In the end, I chose to get silicone implants put in with a transumbilical procedure (through the belly button) and I am very happy with the results. They are nice and full and look natural, and there is no scarring! I healed very quickly, and I can wear low cut and figure hugging clothes with confidence, just like I used to! My friends are so jealous, they want to get their boobs done too! My husband is very pleased with the results, and I feel like my old self again. I'm thinking of going back to Dr. Nikko for liposuction, since I've seen the results on another girlfriend of mine. She had her thighs, back, and belly done and there are no ripples or scarring, so I'm a believer. If you want an amazing plastic right here in the Houston area, I highly recommend Dr. Nikko. He's just as good as any doctor in Beverly Hills, as far as I'm concerned. I can see the results with me and my friends, so he's the only plastic surgeon I trust. more

I think that Dr Nikko did a great job with my tummy tuck Houston has a great asset having Dr Nikko. Everyone should go and at least discuss the options with him. The whole staff is very smart and very friendly. more

I had an easy time selecting Dr. Nikko to complete my procedure. He is probably the best plastic surgeon in Houston. His staff made me feel very comfortable and answered all of my questions. I also read reviews that made comments about him doing the surgeries in his office, but I strongly disagree with the negatives. It was very intimate and I felt very secure. I truly appreciate the staff there. more
