I have been dining here since they first opened. Actually, I am one of the regulars there that works in The French Quarter. Some of us lovingly call it The Company Cafeteria, but they serve you and John and Kate want happy customers. They are wiling to let you make a dish on your own. I asked for Tuna at lunch and it's not on the menu but you can get it. Also I made an Eggplant dish using spinach instead of pasta so it's low calorie and they are happy to serve it.\r

Some of my favorites are any of the fish dishes, The Eggplant Parmasean on a bed of spinnach, the Lasagne and the Pasta Scramble. The coffee is great too and the apple crumble is so good tht I have been known to order enough to bring dessert for a party.
