Is it possible to love your dentist? 11/8/2011

We love Dr. Knopf and her amazing staff. Everyone is friendly, warm and totally professional. Both my son and I feel completely comfortable there and they use cutting edge technology that makes the process completely manageable. Dr. Knopf has three children of her own, and is wonderful with kids. There is nothing she can't do. I recently had two bridges redone and she was extremely patient and thorough. Her lab technician,Yagi, came up to the office to confer with me and matched the shading of my teeth perfectly. He is an artist and a perfectionist. I have been going to this clinic for more than 12 years now and have always been happy with the service. I would also like to express my appreciation for the new management - I have been with Dr. Knopf for maybe 7 years now and I love her! She is just great! I have seen Dr. Ravon a few years ago and had a good experience with him. Ester is the best oral hygienist I've ever had. Keisha's customer service is excellent! I know that Judy is gone but she was very accommodating and helpful before. I haven't had the chance to interact with Lauren but I can tell that she is okay. Just want to say thank you to this wonderful group! more

Very Professional 11/4/2011

The dental hygienist is very thorough and attentive. Dr. Ravon explains everything completely. I really respect that they have someone come to you with the cost estimate so you know exactly what your insurance will pay and what you're going to be responsible to pay. The place is very clean, the staff is friendly and I feel like I will get the best dental care possible from this office. more

professional, skilled and high level of integrity 11/2/2011

I have been a patient of Dr. Knoph's for 9 years and I drive over an hour from Redondo to see her due to the comfort and trust that i have with the entire office. HIghly skilled and any recommended treatments are needed -no office up selling. Over the past year, I tried to find a dentist close to my home that had opened up a very flashy office and was offering a special for cleaning. After a 15 minute cleaning, I was subjected to a laundry list of recommended treatments. I felt like i was buying a car and left the office feeling very sick. Discussed my experience with various friends and discovered how common my bad experience was. I returned to Dr. Knoph's office and received a REAL cleaning and evaluation and felt much better knowing that i was meeting with a skilled, ethical professional. And - the coupon dentist - discovered his office billed my insurance another $300! more

This office is the best, starting with making the apppointment to be greeted warmly when the day comes to the actual appointment itself to the follow up. Very personable staff but professional as well. The office is beautiful and relaxing. Thanks Dr's for a great experience! more

Best Dentist and office staff 10/12/2011

I have very sensitive gums an teeth. For years I dreaded going for my cleaning. Dr. Knopf is amazing!! I love going and I alway feel that she has my best interest in mind. Now my husband and several family members go there and everyone is happy. more

Best dental office I've ever been to 9/29/2011

I was in to see Carla for a cleaning. She was wonderful and personable as always, and everyone behind the desk was exceptionally welcoming and friendly, as they always are. I can honestly say it's the best dental office I've ever been to and going there I always know I will come away feeling good about the appointment, the quality of care and the people. more

Fun at the dentist's office? 9/10/2011

Fast, friendly, efficient and painless! I was scheduled for two hours in the chair to take care of two old cavities. I was dreading this appointment and barely slept the night before. I walked out having actually enjoyed my morning with Dr Knopf and Jackie. My only complaint -- someone should take the time to explain the charges. Sticker shock! more

Very Good! 8/18/2011

I have been having my dental work done here for a very long time. My hygenist Esther is an expert in dental care. Thanks to her my teeth and gums are healthier than ever and at a reasonable cost for cleaning. My other procedures have also been good. Dr Knopf and most recently Dr. Ravon are caring professionals. Also the staff is very kind and helpful. The only place I see that could be improved a bit is the cost on actual dental work for cash paying patients. They are more than willing to work with you which is great but if the base prices were at a point where you were not negotiating that would be ideal. more
