Horrible company and service. They take no responsibility when damaging your car. The owner will not return your phone calls and the workers will cuss you out and be jerks when they try to help and service you but really they don't know what they are doing and do damage to your car. Dont use this company EVER. you will be better off!! more

Untrustworthy & Low 6/23/2011

My friend's truck was towed here after a fatal accident. Brian did nothing but make things worse: jerking his widow around, constanly adding more fees & making it really difficult for her to try to retrieve the truck while planning a funeral. Completely insensitive to the situation & just out to make a buck off a grieving family. Finally got the truck back & things had "disappeared" from inside it. Horrible. more

DO NOT USE NICKS 5/18/2011

Car got hit while driving and was had to be towed as it was not drivable. I wasn't given a choice by the police as to what company I could use. Nicks Towing showed up and charged $125 to tow it 5 miles. Another $20 for "storage" while it sat there for two hours and then another $135 to take 10 miles to the mechanic. So almost $300 and they said I got a better deal than someone would usually get. \r \r I can't say that this placed damaged or messed anything up since the car was wrecked to begin but this place is a ripoff if I've ever seen one. I'm not an avid internet review poster but I had to call out this place. Nicks Towing really is a bad co. to do business with. They must be desperate for money but we all are. Stay away from these guys for real more

Car broke down yesterday and we called Nick's Towing. The came out to tow the car in about 20 mintues after we called and took it exactly where we told them to take it. No hassle, nothing. It was easy as pie and they have very good prices. more
