Nick's Real Estate

Nicks Real estate did nothing for me to sell my property. The only thing they did was drill holes in my brick and then the sign fell down and I had to fix 3 times. They never return phone calls or even show your place. Take my advice don't waste your time and don't use Nicks real estate. Signed, one unhappy, disappointed seller whom had their time wasted by Nicks real estate realtors!!!!! i try to buy 1 house from him on 1994 when his was working for allegheny real state he show me a mess up house. So i never went back. Then when he opens nick real state he show me another house in 1998\r ineed it a house cause i was pregnant , ineedit for my new born child, he show me a house full of holes no ste on the baseman the yard look like a creepee pet cementery . i ask him to show me another house , he said he didnt have no more. i have gave him 1000 dollards i told him that i want my money back he say no that he will show me another house i say no cause i ask him he said no so i wanted my money back he said no i told him that i will go to legal right and less the 30min i got my money back, so all those people out there dont be a fool that the worth real state in philly. This company uses deceptive sales practices to obtain listing and sale agreement . call the Bureau of Realors before you sign anything . They will add litte discreet phrase such as, listing is 30 days then "" Day To Day"" in an attempt to list your property and then not show the property . they will also demand money from you for advertising , something legitamate brokers provide with out out of pocket cost of the homeowner .
