I am king of doing things myself to save money. However, I have a LOT of land at my house. While I always think I can manage the mowing, mulching, weeding, planting, cleanup etc - it's not that easy. And I have a lot of pride in my lawn. Recently a friend suggested that I call Nickett Landscaping for some help. I really did not want to pay for lawn maintenance help - but eventually I gave in. I have to admit, I'm pleased with the work that Nickett has done. They are affordable and do what I ask. They are not top end landscape designers - but that's not what I need or what I am paying for. I want basic lawn care and someone to finish jobs that were too big for me. In these cases they are great. more

I had a wonderful experience with Nickett Landscaping. I do agree that you get what you pay for. They were affordable and did everything I asked. Compared to other companies that I found to be very expensive - Nickett was cheap and reliable. I hired them to do my mulching, flower bed preparation, mowing, leave clean-up and snow clean-up in the winter. With no snow, I did not need them this winter, but last fall and this spring, they have been terrific. I definitely recommend them! more

We live in a carriage house rental.Our landloed has a contract with them for lawn in the summer and snow in the winter.Well they came to do the driveway,but because my husband had been out in his 4x4 truck they couldn't plow us out cause his tires packed down the snow.They didn't get here til after 11am and people have jobs,So they didn't even shovel out where we could walk.Funny thing is that they plowed out the front property where the landlord lives.What poor excuses they can give.If that was the case.The roads would never get plowed because of tire tracks.And mowing lawns is the same.To fast and only what they can get away with.they don't do any weed whacking around anything.I'd hate to have Ems try to get to me in the snow.I have a heart condition and am scared that help might not het to me in time.We're moving but I hope the people that move here have 4x4's. more

We used them summer of 2010, for first time, cheaper than competition.\r \r Poorly cut the grass, did not maintain weeds around swingsets, or gardens\r \r once season was over, was contacted for outstanding balance, paid in full, then 3 months later was taken to civil court for balance owed? No idea what this balance was for? what service?? now being charged for all fees! This is not have you do business taking customers to civil court! This is a way to loose them. No attempts were made for collections other than in Sept! more
