Nickelmania

WORST BIRTHDAY EVER!\r Do not got to Nickel Mania for you birthday party, they are flat out rude. \r After talking with the lady for 10 minutes they booked y party on the wrong date. I get a call the day before my party asking why I was not there for my birthday party (the call came a hour after my party would have started). I told them because my party was on Wednesday not today. I have 2 rooms booked on Wednesday not today! They told me one of the rooms of the rooms was already booked that day. Now i could not have the rooms i wanted because they messed up. I would also like to say that I booked these rooms more than a month in advance. After numerous phone calls, all we herd from the owner was TOO BAD. What was I supposed to do, it was the day before my party all of the invitation have obviously been sent out and now we dont have a room. Needless to say I was and still am very upset. I will never be going there again and I would highly recommend taking your birthday party elsewhere. more

Truth be told, I have no idea why this place has a 5 star rating. I took my kids here since we always drive by and they are always asking to go. BIG MISTAKE! The price is really cheap when you consider playing with nickels. The problem was the service and the functionality of the games. Most of the games were broken and the one person that was working at the time just stood around texting when we were waiting at the prize counter. The staff doesn't seem to care or have time for us even though we were the only ones there. My kids constantly complained of their nickels getting stuck in the games which made this experience the least bit pleasant for me. We spent around $20 dollars for the three of us and got an hour of somewhat you call entertainment and a couple of pieces of candy. I know the games are cheap but its sort of ridiculous to spend $20 on mostly the games that give out tickets and end up not being able to get anything at the ticket counter. All in All - Never coming here again. more

This place was great. We got in for a couple bucks and played non-stop for an hour and a half. It ended up being like six bucks. The staff was great and very friendly. All of the machines worked and I did not lose one nickel! If you are choosing between Nickelcade and Nickelmania, GO TO NICKELMANIA!!!!! more

My family and I celebrated my daughters birthday here and everybody had a blast!! Great for all ages. The staff was friendly and helpful. And most importantly very affordable! more

I brought my husband here for his 27th birthday with his younger sister and her boyfriend. We had a great time! The workers were very helpful if we had game issues(which were seldom), it seemed like a great family fun place. Pros: Great service and fun! Cons: Too far away from Farmington more

This was a huge success! My son absolutely loved it! All the kids had a blast in this fun, festive, and safe environment. The staff was especially helpful and they bent over backwards to make it perfect. I was impressed with how economical the supreme package was. It really made my son feel like a star for the day! This place is the only place were you and your children can have fun. thay throw birthday parties,the have pizza,prizes,games,and all sorts of other thing my daughters birthday was so fun she freaked all of her freinds loved it take your children they might ador it as much as mine did. more

I have been to both nickel cade and nickel mania recently and i would definitely reccomend the latter. When i was at nickel cade half of the games were broken and the others were all new and lame. At nickelmania they have a good selection of classics and new games alike. Almost all of them worked great with no problems. My only gripes are that too many of the games cost two to three nickles per play, which seems to be the trend these days. Also i would prefer it to be a little darker. Other than that great place! more

If you are like me and came of age in the late 70's and early 80's you no doubt will remember the old arcades. I took my family here for the first time a couple of days ago and I couldn't believe the selection of games. Try not to let the redemption games area in the front discourage you. This is a gamers arcade with a selection of about 40 classic titles and 15 pins to the newer DDR and driving games this place was great. The only thing that would have improved my rating was to have the classics area be a little darker... more old school. But it's a great family play place that won't bore the parents to tears. more
