I thought all the reditters should know this. If you rent, DO NOT RENT from "Nickhadim Group and Companies"!! The management is horrible. Unresponsive and RUDE! The main guy is a scam artist. Your deposit will not come back. We just moved out of our two adjacent units, after 3 years paying $4000/month for rent. Nickhadim kicked us out because they wanted to raise rent but couldn't on existing tennant due to LA rent control law. They are nice before you sign the lease. After you sign they do not give a rats ass about you. We had complained multiple times about the gate being not closing properly. The neighborhood had a lot of petty crimes. They did nothing about a real fix for the 3 years we were there other than having somebody come by the property and make sure the gate was closed at that particular time, then they mark the issue fixed. As a result we lost $3000 worth of equipment from a wide open gate! And when we moved out Nickhadim charged Us to fix the gate! In fact, Nickhadim kept $2600 dollars from our deposit repair fee for virtually no damage! We left that place cleaner and nicer than when we came in. They charged us for the existing fixtures that were placed by previous tennants prior to us moving in. And charged for taking out trash from the yard that is not ours! What a nightmare. STAY AWAY FROM NICKHADIM. They are known to keep tennant deposits. P.S. a neighbor said Nickhadim promised him a parking spot before he signed, only after he signed the lease they told him he will have no parking. He is not happy! Rent at your own risk... more

Its difficult to deal with commercial real estate when you are new to a city. I was looking to purchase a building for my new art gallery. A friend of mine recommended Nick and I contacted him. He treated the project as it was his own gallery. He found me an amazing building that was not even on the market. Negotiated a deal of a life time while he was holding my hand in every step of the way. He even helped me with design and construction after I bought the building at no additional cost. Before I begin, can I just point out that almost all the positive reviews on this site were written by "guests" and all at exactly the same time - OBVIOUSLY some damage control tactics on Nick Hadim's part. If you know what's best for you and you don't want to be screwed over, stay far away from anything to do with Nick Hadim. Had an AWFUL experience renting from him. When you first meet Nick, he appears charming, sweet and nice and will do almost anything to get you to rent from him. BEWARE!! The floor was never swept before I moved in: it was covered in new paint dust. The toilet broke within a week.. The chain snapped. He refused to fix it and when I said I would simply take the repair cost out of next month's rent (obviously not a whole lot for just a replaced chain), he threatened to come into the unit when I wasn't there and throw my belongings on to the street!! I called the police - the report should be on file. I moved out just a few months later after similar experiences. Also, other tenants in the area had similar traumatic experiences. It's a shame, really, that he finds it necessary to conduct business so poorly. more

Nick is the best. A year ago he was my broker when I went through the process of buying my first commercial property. He was referred to me by some friends who had used him and I have since referred him to two friends who have also used him to buy commercial properties. He is a good alternative to the usual broker. He is not only good looking but good scene of humor and a great attitude not to mention extremely helpful. Thanks Nick more

My Girl Friend and I have been looking for a studio for months and called several commercial firms out there and got the run around.
