We didn't buy our Mini from them, but we did bring it there to get serviced which began one of the more stressful experiences in my life. \r

Simply stated, their service deparment is incompetent, from the management down to their techs. At every step, we felt like they were actively working against us to have our car repaired under warranty. They even suggested we lie to our insurance company to get them to cover the repair!\r

Even though our Mini was under warranty "Nicholas Alexander" the service manager ("son" of the owner "Nick"), actually got verbally irate with us when we cornered him with proof about a warranty repair and shouted "THIS IS YOUR FAULT FOR BUYING A USED CAR!" and "TAKE IT BACK TO WHERE YOU BOUGHT IT". \r

We immediatley took the car to another area dealership for service, where we were treated with respect.\r

There are plenty of BMW / Mini dealerships in Southern California with better prices and clearly a better service department. \r

Avoid this place.
