Searching for a home quite a long time and finding that alot of agencies were not very responsive and market knowledgable, plus never return calls promptly. I finally researched and came across ""AreasTop Expert"" and thought, ""gee-I'm gonna put this to the test.""- I was giving it one more chance and picked up the phone to actually hear a voice say, ""Hello this is Nick"" . \r Nick took the time over the phone and asked me a bunch of questions. I then came in to meet with him and was amazed at how knowledgable and professional he was. He cared about all the things that I said , he was able to assist me with getting an attorney, getting a mortgage and his staff was the one who handled all the detail oriented paper work via communications amongst us without me stressing. I work and it is not easy for me to take personal time to do personal things. Nick was always available to take my calls or one of his staff members. We would connect and handle the different steps of the home buying process as they came up. I found a home in less than 30 days, went into contract and closed all within 75 days. stay away from this scam artist liars in Clifton,NJ They lied to me while showing me a 3 family in clifton claiming to now know the owner , told me the tenants were not home that's why i could not see two of the three units, lied about the leases on the property, and when the tenant showed up un announced and i approached the tenant the poor tenant started crying because not only was the house going into foreclosure the landlord did not tell them and all this time stiffing the bank they were still collecting rent. The agent MAKI had the nerve to tell me he did loans up to 5 million dollars but left the mortgage business and do real estate and that he was convincing the governer to get rid of the bull sales tax and told me he had bought many properties sign unseen. When i posted on facebook about them they blocked me only to have their nasty unprofessional owner Nick text and call my phone repeatedly to argue with me not about their lies or his unprofessional agent. but why did i call them a SCAM...ITS A SCAM TO LIE TO A POTENTIAL BUYER AND TENANTS AND ELIMINATE INFORMATION TO FORCE A SALE. HE TOLD ME ITS NOT I DONT KNOW WHICH REAL ESTAT E school he went to but the owner is just as unprofessional as his agent and I am reporting them to NJAR and the NJMLS and I will not stop telling the truth online until these liars are brought to justice...IF YOU ARE BUYING A HOUSE CALL WEICHERT OR REMAX a legit company not these scums and stay away from the 3 family for sale on stuyvesant avenue in lYNDHURST its a crooked deal that they are all trying to pull...... more
