I don't know if Niagra was recently bought out by new owners or what, but recently their customer service sucks! Try call them on the phone. They never answer; it's always a recording and endless waits to be finally put thru to a voice mail. Their drivers are really nice, accomodating and do an excellent job, but the office help seriously lacks competence. I've been trying to get a closed account's water and bottles picked up, and have been promised three times they would do so, and the water still sits there.
