Initially i thought Dr Nguyen woulld be my dentist for life even though it appeared the majority of her clients were people at the lower end of the economic life.\r

However, this wasn't the problem. the problem was the staff. while the dental staff was helpful and kind, the front desk seems inefficient. gave them my insurance info twice, not sure they tried to file my insurance at all. however. when i gave it to them a third time i realized my name was incorrect on the card. in the meantime i get a 3rd billing that still isn't explicit as to what it covers but i'm also told that the full amount of the bill is due at the time services are rendered. almost as though i'm being punished because staff is not doing what it's being paid to do. sent them a check for what i thought would be my deductible and have not heard back from them. in talking with someone at work, now know i didn't send them all of the money i owe them, but i'm still not sure they submitted anything for payment to the insurance company. but i did get the insurance card thing fixed and haven't heard from since i sent them a copy of the new card. don't know what to do. do know i won't return to her because if the office staff is this inept what does that say about the rest?
