Alan is by far the best trainer; I feel truly blessed that he is part of my life. He works me hard but he doesn't abuse me. I feel as if he recognizes my strengths as well as my weakness and works both individually to attain a higher level of fitness. I saw results from day one and they just keep getting better and better. There is no pressure from Alan; you can feel from working with him that he is really knowledgeable and somehow manages to work on exactly what needs to be worked on. He isn't just a trainer, he has studied the human body for years, has degrees both undergrad and post grad in physiology and applies it every single day.
