Nextcare

Went in and there was only one other patient. So I thought this wouldnt be long. They told me my charge would be 195. They took me to a room and I proceeded to wait an hour with no check in. When I stepped out of the office to find out how much longer they man said ther was just one physician on duty and that I was next. Less then five minutes later the same man walked in(he was the physician!). I couldn't believe it. He looked at me for less than five minutes and sent me on my way. At check out my final bill came to 331!?! When I asked what all the extra charges were for the gal couldn't give me an answer. She said she didn't have access. I told her I didn't want to pay for something that I could not see the charge for. She ended up giving me a half answer about weekend charges and some new patient charge. Completely a rip off for care that was very poor I left crying feeling ripped off and like my needs had not been met. PLEASE do yourself a favor and go someplace that cares and will treat there paying customer with some respect! more

I would never reccomend Next Care to any friend or family member. I had a horrible experiance there. The docter that saw me did not seem very concerned with my medical problem and basically just told me I had a minor ache. I was in severe pain and ended up going else where to recieve medical care. I ended up seeing another docter at a different practice who was very concerned and ordered different tests to determine what my pain was coming from. I ended up having SEVERE problems that required seeing a surgeon and possibly major surgery! I DO NOT RECCOMEND GOING HERE YOU WILL NOT GET THE CORRECT MEDICAL CARE YOU NEED!!! Pros: None! Cons: Poor Medical Care! more
