Th only reason I gave them any stars is because it was required.The employee Tiffany that helped me lied about everything.She told me my first months bill would be $30 less than what is was suppose to be, then she added a whole bunch of things without my consent and that jacked my monthly bill up $20.I didn't find out any of this until I talked to sprint and they told me.So after hearing about this I didn't want the phone anymore so I took it back, like she said i could, to get my money back only to be told that they would mail me a check in 7 buisness days, which she failed to mention.Tiffany made it out like I could just get my money back like you would expect.Now having said this I hope you never find yourself needing to go to this store.
