If I had a few million, and didn't have to work...well I wouldn't choose any daycare! But since I don't, and I do... I have to say that I wish I found NGCC a LOT sooner. more

Quality Child Care 3/22/2012

We have been with NGCC for 2 years now, and have been pretty impressed with what we have seen. Our oldest is starting to read and will be well prepared for school when the time comes. He is always excited to talk about his day. Our younger is going through potty training and NGCC is playing a major role. The teachers and administrators are very supportive, and listen to our questions and address our concerns. We are so happy and recommend this center to any who ask. more

Wonderful school 7/15/2011

I have had my daughter at Next Gen for over 3 years now and she simply LOVES going to school! I think the Director Heidi is terrific. She is so responsive if I have any questions or concerns. My daughter recently transitioned to a new classroom and Heidi was so great in making it a positive for our family. If you want a place that cares about your family - this is it! more

JUST LEFT THIS CENTER AFTER NEWS OF ARREST 10/28/2010

I was at this center for almost two years but just left after the news of the CHILD PORNOGRAPHY ARREST. I was shocked by this news and was very concerned so I left the program. more

Happy with NGCC 1/12/2010

I have had 2 kids at NGCC, both since age 3 months. My oldest is now 4.5. For the most part I have been very happy there. My kids have developed and learned so much. My oldest knows all her letters, numbers, is reading a bit, and even takes Spanish once a week. They have computers in the classroom and offer a computer class. When she was little they potty trained her for the most part, bringing her to the potty every 30 minutes. My youngest is a toddler and while kids DO bite as toddlers (they just DO), my child has never been bit. It's great that all food is provided- breakfast thru 5 pm snack if needed. Lots of fruit and veggies are served. Thats a lot less stress for me. Turnover is an issue, it's an industry with a hard hard job and lousy pay but my kids come to adore their teachers and talk about them constantly. Any time you have an issue, always tell management, they will work to help. Also, we've made some good friends with some of the other parents. Pros: Healthy food provided, location, clean, teachers Cons: illness, price, turnover more

My son was bit on a daily basis 10/1/2009

In the six months my son was at this center, my son was bit on a daily basis. The teachers seemed not to care or want to listen to my concerns. I think there are just to many kinds in the classroom and not enough quality teachers to supervise them. Cons: Safety in the classroom. more

Very Happy Family! 9/16/2009

I have had my 5 year old and 2 year old at this center since they were babies and WE have had a great experience. My Pre-K child is starting to read and my toddler still uses the baby sign language he learned in the infant program - so great! Each year it seems like NGCC has added to their curriculum - my kids LOVE the new Fun & Fit program. Plus I don't have to bring food or wash their clothes - a plus for any busy family. We've seen changes in management (all nice ladies!), but have been very pleased for the past 5 years! Pros: Children are playing and learning! more

beware of this center 9/11/2009

This center is way to big with to many children. A lot of the teachers seem burnt out and don't want to be there. I left this center after i realized that there is very little academics and the teachers are supervising the children very well. I think my child was getting bit so often because the teachers were not supervising the other children. Every time I went to the center, they were just standing around not being involved with the children. I spoke to the director but she was not very helpful. Pros: nice and modern Cons: bad teachers more

High teacher turnover rate 9/5/2009

My son was at this center for almost one year and had over five different teachers during that time span. I was very unhappy that it seemed like my son had a new teacher every two or three months. I also was not happy with the level of my son's teachers. They were not very friendly and did not seem to be very happy working at this center. Pros: The building Cons: High teacher turnover. Teachers seemed to be unhappy. more

Not very happy with the quality of the teachers or program 9/4/2009

When you first signup, they tell you all about the wonerful academics your child will be learning. My child was in there pre-school program for 3 months and she did not learn very much. I feel that the teachers did not have the education or experience to teach my child. They show you alot of wonderful things during the tour, but I found that the reality of the center is that there are way to many children and it is more like day care (playing all day) than a learning environment. Pros: modern center Cons: quality of teachers, To many children at the center. more

Unhappy teachers. 8/26/2009

My 4 year old son was at this center for 5 months. I thought that my child's teacher was not very friendly and seemed not to very happy at her job. I really liked how modern the center was, but I found that it was just to big with to many children. I went to a smaller center and I am much happier with my son's new environment. Pros: Modern building Cons: High teacher turnover, the teachers seem unhappy. more
