when you take your car in there its going to be repaired properly the first time and at a great price professional fast service and thet also now have rental if your stuck for a car 1 stop all done more

This is the kind of shop that will recommend a repair if they find something else wrong, but will not exaggerate the problem or charge unreasonable rates. This is the only shop I trust to touch my vehicles, and they do quality work. I definitely recommend Next Gen over any of those chain shops! more

Talked WITH Me about What was Needed 11/15/2013

These guys are top notch in my book as far as servicing a car! What impressed me the most was the fact that they called me by my name and talked WITH me, not down to me, about what my car needed. They explained things in a way that made sense, gave me a detailed quote, and really gave me a feeling that they were interested in caring for my car long term, but not in a pressured way, just in a caring way. Their fees appear to be a bit lower than most in the area. The icing on top was receiving an email with my car's service history and upcoming routine maintenance listed to help me keep track of things! I'd highly recommend these folks to anyone in the area! more

The service was excellent - They were able to fix a problem which other repair shops could not find. Rich followed up on everything in a timely and professional manner. He was able to answer all my questions and the car runs better than it has in a long time. more

When I take a vehicle for maintenance or repairs I want to be treated fairly and feel comfortable that the people I am dealing with are honest and will do the best job for me. Rich Nimey and his staff do a great job and I would recommend them. more
