My daughter has lived there for almost a year, thank god her lease is almost up. the A/c has been broke so many times, they had to go purchase a portable A/c unit for over 300 dollars. Ya cant live without AC in this state and this time of the year, they will not let her out of her lease. They are the wrost example of an apartment complex ive ever seen! High utility prices and no help from maintenance 6/27/2009

1. Our A/C has not worked the eight months we have been here. Pros: They are cheap Cons: You get what you pay for. NOTHING WORKS more
