These guys are horrendous. Dry cleaned some dress shirts, and they ripped off the buttons. I accidentally left silk cuff links on one dress shirt, and they either stole the cuff links, threw them out, or lost them in the dry cleaning process. Dry cleaned a gold sequinned shirt, and the sequins came back BLEACHED. The sequins are now clear plastic disks instead of gold. Dry cleaned a silk dress, and they pulled down the edges so hard that the button placket is now permanently stretched in a zig-zag. Some clothing items actually came back still dirty. Also, they have the worst customer service. They're supposed to service all the apartment complexes in the Newport area. Their valet hours are clearly posted in front of the valet office in each building. But most mornings, they'll open the valet office late - making you late for work. In the afternoons, if you're rushing home from work to pick up your dry cleaning for the next day, they might not even show up for their valet hours. I've had to telephone the main dry cleaners again and again to ask for the valet to open up. They obviously don't care about quality, nor are they concerned with customer service. And they never follow thru on their hours posted at each valet location. But since they're the only dry cleaners in the area, the residents are forced to use them, and deal with their sloppy business procedures. If you value your clothes, and/or your sanity, I highly recommend going to a dry cleaners near your work-place.
Cons: Poor Dry Cleaning Services, Clothes Come Back Damaged or Still Dirty, Poor Customer Service, They Never Show up for their Valet hours, Or They Show Up Late, High Prices for Terrible Service
