New to TX? need a place to live?,you may want to turn and walk away from newport apatments in midland tx. smiles and empty words come from within these walls. they dont know what to tell you in situations that they should be informed on.if they dont like your face, your job,your name and yes even your color they will find a way of turning you down no matter how good your credit is. if your lucky, (and i say these words lightly) enough to get an apartment with them you may want to rethink the lease. your basic lease with nothing pointed out and they make sure of this inorder to cover them selfs. what i mean by this is this.,if your building is flooded, in a fire,electrical is bad,has mold in the walls,holes in the windows.by act of god or otherwise your not covered.so if you pay your rent and all of a sudden because of no fault of your own your on the street with no compansation what so ever for your loss of rent or property the only reason they come up with is.DO YOU HAVE RENTERS INSURENCE? now i know you are asked this each and every time you apply for an apartment in midland tx but to use this as an excuse for everything is unforgiveable. they do not care for your safety or your health or your personal property in anyway shape or form. to them you are just another aplacant, in other words you are a doller sign. so as i said if you want an apartment where they care for you as a person you may just want to turn and walk away from this one because a smile esent always a sign of careing.laws are sapose to protect you but this place of busness has a wall that comes between you and the laws i like to call PLEASE GO AWAY!!
