Wholesaling: If we come to an agreeable purchase price on your home but it does not fit our criteria for us to rehab and sell,or buy and hold your property,we may assign that contract to one of our investors. This does not change the timeline or price for you and does not cost you anything. The investor pays us an assignment of contract fee for our services and they purchase the property from you at the price we already agreed to. 2. Rehab and Re-Sell: If your property meets our criteria we will purchase that property from you,complete all necessary repairs to bring the property up to retail standards,and sell the property. 3. Buy and Hold: If your property meets our criteria we will purchase the property from you,complete any and all necessary repairs to bring it up to our tenant standards and rent the property.
