I second the opinion of Jeremy W. Same exact thing happened to us. We turned in our modem (with all accompanying labels, etc.) to the Centurylink Store and they failed to take care of this. Six months later we are receiving debt collector calls regarding this same modem and we owe $100. Unbelievable. I would not recommend this place to assist you in any way. more

Century Link Newgate Mall Kiosk 5/8/2012

I would not recommend this place. I was asked to return a modem and get a new one. I took them the broken modem and got the new one. They then charged me for a modem and said that I had not returned one. Why would they have gave me my new one and not took the other one. I have been on the phone for hours with their call center trying to figure out if I was trying to steal a modem from them or not. Horrible service. Would not recommend. I am going to comcast as soon as my contract is up. more
