Newfield National Bank

I became a customer of Newfield National Bank back in 1997 and without a doubt they're the best banking institution I've ever had the pleasure to deal with. My mortgage as well as any other loans I've acquired have been with them. The customer service that I receive has been fantastic over the years and the main reason that all my accounts at the large stockholder were transferred to Newfield. I'd like to recognize a few Hopewell Branch office employees starting with Shelly, Lloyd, Barbara and another woman whose name escapes me. A recent event with Lloyd where my wife's Newfield National Bank Visa card was compromised was handled in a very courteous professional manner. Lloyd even went the extra mile by faxing the applicable forms over to your Sewell Branch so that she could sign same at that location which is much more convient because we live in that town. I'm a Sr. VP at a local insurance company near your Hopewell Township branch and I've always said that your employees are your best asset of a company whether it be insurance or banking and that certainly holds true for Newfield National Bank. Absolutely perfection. This is probably the best bank I have ever dealt with. I have only had one slight problem with them and they handled it professionally and much to my satisfaction. I love the new branch that they built in Hopewell. It is fantastic and the tellers and other staff are so very friendly. more
