0/5, DOVE FUNERAL HOME COULD NOT HAVE MADE THE PROCESS OF LOSING A FAMILY MEMBER ANY WORSE. 2 MONTHS AGO I LOST MY YOUNGER SISTER OF 28 YEARS OLD, WE CHOSE DOVE ON A RECOMMENDATION FROM A FRIEND AND HAVE BEEN HORRIBLY DISSAPOINTED FROM THE START. HERE IT IS 2 MONTHS LATER AND THEY ARE STILL HARRASSING ME AND MY FAMILY ABOUT SOME FEES THAT THEY CHANGED AFTER THE FACT. AFTER TRYING TO COMMUNICATE WITH THEM THEY HAVE BEEN VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, DISSORGANIZED, RUDE, AND UNCOMPASSIONATE. DAN WERNER AND RUSS BURLEW ARE BOTH POOR COMMUNICATORS, WITH ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICES SKILLS. THIS IS THE LAST THING SOMEONE WANTS TO EXPERIENCE DURING THE GRIEVING PROCESS OF LOSING A LOVED ONE. STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS, THEY HAVE MADE THE PROCESS OF LOSING MY 28 YEAR OLD LITTLE SISTER MUCH MORE MISSERABLE THAN IT WAS ALREADY. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE, EVEN IF YOU HAVE TO PAY MORE!!
