First Class 11/3/2011

I usually don't go out my way to write on these review sites unless I had a great experience or a horrible experience. I felt obligated to write a review for this company because my experience there was truly fantastic. They treated me like family and went out of the way numerous times to help me and my family. I highly recommend them! more

Great place to live 8/17/2011

I thoroughly enjoyed my time there, and if I had not moved out of state then I would still be living in one of their properties. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. I honestly really enjoyed it there, and wish there was something similar where i am now. more

Never been so frustrated... 8/12/2009

Even ONE star is too much! Wow, were the ""low-rent"" stereotypes ever so true! When I moved into my apt., Newcastle & Carmel Park management refused to replace carpet that was matted, bleach stained & cigarette burned; Refused to replace old, worn & dirty appliances with new, & even yelled at ME when I experienced a plumbing problem in the apt. A hole in my kitchen ceiling was never repaired as promised, and eventually leaked during a spring storm, saturating three shelves of food & flooding my kitchen floor. You should see the lousy repair work they finally did! more

Treated as family, best company to rent from. 5/26/2008

Newcastle Properties Inc. Is a great company, as I love being a tenant and would highly recommend anyone to rent from. Everyone that works there from upper management to the janitors is extremely friendly and ready to accommodate you in anyway possible. They treat everyone as if they are family, and starting a family myself, that is really important to me in picking out the place that I want to live. I highly recommend to rent from this company, they are definitely a class act! more

Stay away from them and their 10 properties 5/3/2007

This company trains its employees to treat their tenants like trash. Keep in mind, I'm talking about Newcastle Properties, not any of their individual properties or the managers that run those. The managers of the individual properties for the most part are very helpful and polite--willing to help you in any way possible! Once anything goes to Newcastle, however, the tenants are treated like subclass, uneducated citizens. Any argument against them is treated as unfounded, and they will treat you like trash. Avoid this company if you wish to not be treated as a second-class citizen for renting an apartment. more
