My car was badly hit and i was in desperate need of a car asap. Since this was during the holidays i was turned away everywhere i called. The few rental car agencies that I called with vehicles available had tripled their usual rate. Allcar not only found me a car despite the fact that they were sold out and about to close, they picked me up, waited an extra 15 minutes while my paperwork was done, and helped me load the rental with all of my belongings from my car that I left in the bodyshop.
