I love them, amazing service and not pushy at all. I have had my ring almost a year now.They were extremely patient with us throughout the selection process, and made us feel like they really cared. They are amazing even today. Very helpful, and always accommodating, which is quality more jewelers should have. more

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible 4/24/2009

I would not ever recommend taking or buying any jewlery from this store ever. A complete waste of time. The customer service is terrible, not to mention that the clerk looks like he is dirty and possible homeless, they are a horrible shop. They "guarantee" a time for your items to be done, and of course it is not ready. When you call to see if it is ready to be picked up, they are extremely rude. They act like your business is not important to them, when in fact it is what keeps them in business which is shocking to me that they still are in business. I would never take any jewlery to this shop ever again and would encourage that you do the same. Terrible. Unfortunatly I have to rate them at least with one star when in fact they do not even deserve that Pros: nothing good Cons: bad customer service and very flakey more
