Where else can you get great seafood poor-boys of the same quality every time? So I pull into he drive-through at the Elmwood location today. No one in front of me, no one waiting at the window. I order a Buffalo Chicken Sandwich, no tomato. My order was taken at 11:29 according to the receipt. At 11:47 I drive away from the window. I get to work and discover there is no ranch dressing on my sandwich. Just a messy pile of blue cheese crumbles and veggies, with nothing to moisten the sandwich up, no ketchup for the fries. EIGHTEEN minutes for a chicken sandwich, and it isn't even prepared correctly! Ten bucks to them for an 18 minute wait and a bad lunch. I wasn't even treated nicely, or an apology for the wait, or anything by the lady at the window. She obviously couldn't be troubled to see if I wanted ketchup for my fries, or my sandwich to be prepared correctly, or try to make me feel better about the outrageous wait. Just a window slammed in my face. Thanks a lot. I won't be recommending this restaurant to anyone anytime soon, and I will probably NEVER be back. There were at least three cars behind me, they had a ridiculous wait as well, I hope they at least had their food done the way it was described on the menu board. Mine wasn't. more
