I went to this salon for the first time because it is close to work and I figured I could have my manicure done on my lunch break. \r
I had gone in to have a gel manicure done. The people were friendly enough however they did not do my nails properly. The next day 4 nails had peeled off and two on the other hand had lifted and were about to come off. I had an event I needed to attend so I had to rush to a nail salon close to home to have them all redone. It wasn't even 24hrs since I had paid for them!\r
I paid $ 35 plus a $ 10 tip. The other salon only charged me $ 20 and laughed and shook their head at the poor application. I couldn't believe I wasted my time and money on this salon.\r
When I returned to work I went back to the salon to tell them what had occurred and they informed me that I should have come back and they would have redone them. They refused my request to refund my money. I have never ever had an experience like this before and have been going to salons for many years. I also never complain about services even if they aren't the best but with this case I felt like I needed to tell them that I paid a good amount of money for a horrible service that I had to have redone by a much better and cheaper salon!\r
I also felt compelled to warn others as I would not like for anyone else to get ripped off like I did.\r
