We were going through town and stopped more for information rather than to go food shopping however, the owner (I think it was the owner) was so warm and helpful that we ended up stocking up on vitamins (the woman had encyclopedic knowlege), dried fruit, some grains and a couple of books as well. The woman ended up giving me tips on cooking grains and even gave us a couple of recipes (which were excellent). It is rare that you can find a health food store that is not just a clone of everyother store out there. If you are looking for a sterile environment, go elsewhere, if you are looking for a first rate store with a very educated staff, this is your place.
