THIS IS BY FAR THE VERY BEST PLACE TO TAKE YOUR CAR THEY ARE VERY FAST CLEAN INFORMATIVE AND KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND UP TO DATE ON ALL THERE STUFF. DON THE MANAGER IS GREAT AND RUNS THE SHOP WITH GREAT COMPASSION FOR HIS EMPLOYEE'S AND COSTUMERS. HAD $6500 FRONT DAMAGE ON MY CAR AND CAN NOT TELL A THING LOOKS GREAT. NO OUT OF POCKET EXPENSE HAD THE RENTAL COMPANY PICK ME UP.. GREAT PLACE AND GREST SERVICE....DO TAKE YOUR CAR THERE YOU WILL NOT BE SORRY... more

such a great experience 12/13/2011

My first accident. I was hit and didn't know exactly what I was supposed to do. New Look's friendly staff helped me every step of the way. They kept in contact with the insurance company and called me weekly to keep me updated. All I had to do was drop off my car, sign a couple papers and come back at the end and pick up my car looking BRAND NEW again! Thank you New Look for being so amazing!! more

One of the cleanest body shops we have ever used. 12/12/2011

Great Body Shop!. Best and cleanest in town! They have worked on many of our cars from our dealership at the Palazzo hotel. more
