Such a good deal... 5/1/2009

This place is just awesome for the price. Sam is my favorite server as well. The 911 roll is off the hook if you like spicy stuff and the red snapper sushi is sooo clean and refreshing. The only thing to stay away from is some of the appetizers ( which are included ) in the all you can eat price. The green mussels are ok though. I have stopped going to all of the old expensive spots I used to frequent due to finding this place. I just go here now, period. Oh and, they always have at least 2 games on if you like sports with huge big screens. Pros: Fresh Fish, and literally all you can eat... Cons: The occasional slow service. more

i went there once, wasnt all that impressive but wasnt bad either. the place was pretty crowded considering that i was almost 9pm. the sushi is good, but i didnt like how you ate at the sushi bar and you had to share a sushi chef with like 2 other group of people. that made it slow because since it was a buffet, you had to wait until the chef was available to make the sushi for u then u can eat. didnt like that part but otherwise it was a good experience. place is alright food is good... not bad not bad Pros: lots of parking Cons: slow service more

Ok, I have been going to Light and Healthy for about 3 years now. Henry Rocks!! He is always wonderful and makes the best rolls. I highly recommend the salmon, always fresh!! Pros: Price Cons: The sushi bar fills up quickly! more

one of the best when it comes to all you can eat sushi/rolls... the quality of sushi isn't the best, but among all you can eat places, it's the best sushi. Pros: price more

Ask for Henry 4/11/2005

Most of the place is tables, which are never occupied. So be sure to take the bar seat ask for Henry (not his real name). If ordering the sashimi, make sure to find out weather it is fresh, on some occasion you might not get the freshest sashimi, but if you ask they will always tell you. Pros: All u can eat $25 more
