I took my expensive drapes(8 panels) to new life cleaners. went to pick them up, he told me weren't done. came back few days later he told me drapes buckled, silk stretched and cotton lining shrunk. he never had me sign a waiver, admitted he should've but forgot. then he said his wife could fix it. he said she'd fix one panel but then tore out the lining on all 8 panels!!! completely ruined all 8 drapes! then told me it wasn't his fault drapes shrunk in first place. but it was his fault that he ripped out lining without my consent! he yelled at me, called me names, and i recorded it on my phone. i asked drapes replaced he said 'i don't care how much the drapes cost you! i don't care!' i had no choice but go small claims court. at court he said there's a sign posted he's not responsible, but i never saw it(his place is a mess) and he never had me sign waiver. he got some biased report saying manufacturer fault. even if was manufacturer fault(i took a drape to another dry cleaner & a tailor, who said was his fault, poor &rushed dry cleaning)even if was manufacturer fault....he ripped out the lining on all drapes WITHOUT my consent! they are totally ruined. $2900 ruined. i think the judge can see through his smoke &mirrors. i needed to review so you can make informed decision about taking clothes there.
Pros: not one pro
Cons: unethical, liar, not good at dry cleaning
