Fantastic, fast, and friendly service 6/26/2009

I was very impressed with their service. I needed a couple of small dents removed and also was in desparate need of a detail! They did the work quickly and when I picked up my car, it looked (and smelled) brand new. I feel like I just drove off the showroom floor. I've had my car detailed before, but this was by far the best I've ever experienced. We will be back for sure and I would recommend them to anyone! Thanks you guys! You rock! Work done right the first time 6/15/2009

They gave me a quote and stuck with the price and did an excellent job. I had scratches, dings and several scrapes. Now the car looks new and you can never tell that any work was ever done. Good as new. Great price, great work & great service. I would highly recommend New Life! Adamg Pros: very professional and great work more

Great work and save a lot of money 4/27/2009

They have worked on 4 different cars for me and the results are great. The best part is that you will save a ton over the typical body shop prices. Do yourself a favor and get a quote from them for your next repair and you will see for yourself. Pros: They do great work & will save you money Cons: none more

Great Service 3/13/2009

just moved here from New York. My rental car was side swiped by another motorist. The bumper was slightly moved and there was a dent by the back passenger side door. There was also some scratches that had taken the paint off. I was very nervous because I knew that the rental company would make me pay an arm and leg to fix it. I found a website called DentDoc and they gave me there #. I called on Monday and was greeted by a friendly voice. I brought the car to them on Tuesday and got a resonable estimate. They took the car on Wednesday. And it was done by Thursday evening. The car is in perfect condition and you would never know it was in an accident. Being from New York, I have always gone to the Bronx to get my car fixed. They are my new Bronx. Thanks New Life Automotive you are a God sent. Pros: Personable, Reasonable, God Sent Cons: None more

Perfectly matched paint 3/9/2009

When my dark green 2005 trailblazer was damaged on the front fender and bumper Dan was recommened to me by his son. When he looked at my car he said he could match it perfectly and I would not be able to tell it had ever been damaged. When I got it back I could not see any difference in paint color at all it was perfect. They also had detailed the complete car inside and out including the engine. Their quality and attention to detail are second to none as far as I'm concerned and I will be recommending them to other people. Great Customer Service.. Dan rocks!! 1/28/2009

I recently got my brand new BMW scratched up. So, I left it at the BMW center to have it fixed as per the packaged plan I bought. After a week, when I went to pick up the car, I was shocked to see scratches still there and to add to my horror there were stain on the side view as well as the back bumper. I was soo upset with their work, but luckily Dan from 'New Life Automotive' came to my rescue and went out of his way to fix my car not only to its perfection but also within 1.5 days as promised. This is called customer service and a great workmanship!!! Thanks much Dan!!!! Pros: Wonderful customer service, Great work and timeliness Cons: Small Place & little difficult to locate more

My truck looks newer today than the day I bought it. 1/16/2009

My first experience with New Life automotive was a complete detail that included some paint work for my 2004 RAM. Honestly the finished product was better than when I took delivery from the dealer 4 years ago. I even scored points with my boss who kept asking me "how they got those rims looking like mirrors". My wife was so jealous I had to take her old Subaru for a detail and bodywork with the same result. These guys deliver a very high quality product for a reasonable fee. You deal with the owner directly and when he's not around he has people working for him that know what they are doing. I can't recommend these guys highly enough. If you want better than new, this is the place. Pros: High quality work for a reasonble fee. Cons: You would probably miss it if you weren't looking for it so let google maps lead the way. more

Dan & Troy are absolute artists when it comes to car repair. 1/15/2009

When my teenage son backed his new car into my teenage daughter's car parked in the driveway there were some tense moments at home. We are repeat customers of New Life and did not hesistate to take both cars to Dan. Dan was very understanding and he committed to a timely completion at a very fair price . Both cars look amazing - better than new. Dan's amazing work helped smooth things over at home with my son and daughter. Pros: They work miracles on car repair. Cons: None with Dan but watch out for Teenage drivers. more

Great work and competitive prices 1/14/2009

I was referred to New Life through a family member. My lease was up & I had to return my Mercedes. I had it for 5 years, so you could only imagine the hustle & bustle of California freeway life would do to a car. Not only freeways but being a realtor put some serious wear on your car. I took it to all the way New Life in Fullerton, CA from Lake Elsinore, CA because I knew that the guys at New Life were worth the drive by just talking on the phone with them. They didn't let me down, the car came back like new. The lease inspector came out and signed off on the car. I paid nothing in repairs, thanks to New Life! Pros: great work @ a great price Cons: all businesses should care so much more

One of kind customer service & repair 1/14/2009

We take all our cars there from our Porsche, Land Rover, Lotus (my husbands pride n joy) to our PT Cruiser. Dealer wanted to charge me thousands to fix my Porsche and take 2 weeks to repair it. I took it to New Life and they did more work for half the price and a quarter of the time to fix. We have been taking our cars there for years, no one comes close to their costumer service and their excellent workmanship. My husband wouldn't let anyone else work on his Lotus, except New Life. All my family & friends take their cars to New Life as well. Pros: Costumer service & workmanship Cons: We keep crashing our cars more

Exceeded all expectations 1/13/2009

I dented my wife's infiniti and was quoted astronomical prices from other shops. I was in the doghouse and needed to resolve the situation quickly. I was referred to New Life Automotive by a friend, was treated professionally and quoted a very competitive price. The car came back in 2 days without a hint of any blemishes looking better than my wife and I have ever seen it (I asked for a full detail as well). It was like I had a bad dream and woke up finding nothing had ever happened. Other customers had driven from 30+ miles away while I was there because of the stellar reviews. The speediness and high quality of the workmanship is a lock for 'highly recommended' in my book. more

Excellent Service 11/10/2008

I brought my car in for an estimate after going to a few other repair shops and New Life was the lowest cost and to my pleasant surprise they repaired the car in record time and it was a very quality job. About a year later I needed another repair on another car so I remembered the friendly people at New Life and went there first without hesitation to get things fixed. When I came back Dan (the owner) remembered me and treated me very fairly. I will only get my repairs done with New Life. Pros: Thumbs up all around more

After receiving various quotes to get a scratch repaired on my Landrover, I went to New Life Auto. They by far had the best and most fair quote i had recieved from anyother shop. I was impressed by the excellence of their service, the quality of the repair, and time in which it took to do so. Great Service!!! 8/29/2008

After searching for tons of quotes (ranging from $1500-$4000!!), New Life gave a quote for for only $1100, INCLUDING a full detail service!!! My car was returned in only 5 days, looking factory new! Also, they took out previous dents in my door for no extra charge! New Life was so accomodating to the customer and willing to go the extra TWO miles to make sure I was satisfied. Needless to say I am very pleased with the work they did. I would highly reccommend New Life to anybody who wants factory, high-end work for only half the price! Good as it gets!! 8/29/2008

Dan and the boys at New-Life Paint & Body clearly live-up to their title. I brought the wife's 2000 minivan in there, and in three days time they brought New-Life to the paint-job. Dan is knowledgeable / courteous and advised me as to my options. The quality of the work was just as he described. I could not quite afford everything Dan wanted to do to the van, but he ceratinly underestood that offered what he could for my identified budget. Trustworthy repairs 8/18/2008

All employees were very friendly. I had interior damage repair work done and a detail to the entire car. They did a great job and I was very impressed. I would highly recommend them. They even offered to drive me home when I couldn't find a ride. They worked within my schedule and did the job when they promised. Pros: customer service oriented, very friendly, Cons: none I can think of more
