I have been a client of New Leaf for about a year now. I work out with a trainer 2 days a week, take a pilate class and do cardio 3 to 4 days a week. As I've gotten older, it doesn't matter how much I work out or have changed up my work out routines, everyone always has a trouble spot or two. Thus, I went to New Leaf, to help with my jump start. It's not meant to be a quick weight loss ""miracle"". It only works when you are willing to follow up with your own work outs and healthy eating habits.
