I have been here twice now for a manicure with Dale and was very pleased. The spa is beautiful! The service was great- the employees seemed pleasant and happy, much different than my recent experience at a spa in Kenosha... anyways, the manicure itself was great, and my nails looked perfect for days. Best place for massage! 12/1/2009

I really needed a massage from a stressful week/month of work. I called to make an appt. and was able to get in the same day! I received a massage from Sharon and she was very professional, and the massage was awesome! She was attentive to my needs and understood what I needed. Needless to say, I left there feeling like jello. It was a great way to end the week. I would recommend New Image to all my family and friends! Keep up the good work! Pros: Massage and atmosphere. more

Verry Happy 7/2/2009

This spa is an oasis in the area. It is beautiful, clean, pleasant and very reasonably priced. I really feel that I got a great experience and didn't spend a lot of money. I would recommend this spa to everyone. You must check it out. The have men and kids specials too. What a great gift. more

I would have to say this is the best spa that I've been to in Racine. The front desk wasn't the best but I haven't run into the same rude receptionist from the last time I was there. It has gotten a lot nicer. I'm very happy with the technicians though. more

I noticed all the great reviews on this spa and decided to try it out. The people here are so sweet and down to earth! I LOVED my facial and pedicure! I also noticed how kind the employees were to one another. That made my experience even more wonderful! I recommend this spa 110%! Pros: The employees!! Cons: My services were not free! :) more

Great services! Great staff! 9/14/2008

I recently signed up for a day of needed pampering. I had a facial, deep tissue massage, manicure and pedicure. Each service was outstanding! The staff was very sweet and attentive! I live in Pleasant Prairie and don't mind the short drive. I have found nothing better! I will be purchasing gift certificates for all of my family and friends this Christmas! Pros: The staff is very comforting. Cons: The spa needs a larger sign out front. more

I was given a gift certificate to New Image for my birthday. The inside of the spa is absolutely stunning! The staff is wonderful!! The massage, facial, and mani/ped were perfect! Give this spa a shot! more

BEST FACIALS IN RACINE AND KENOSHA 7/20/2008

I've been to every medical type of spa in the Racine and Kenosha area. Don't bother with the others because this is the BEST! Best service, kind staff!!! What a relaxing experience!! I will be back! Pros: Everyone is so kind and fun! Cons: That I actually have to pay at the end. :) more

Beautiful looking spa, and the treatments are nice, but I wouldn't go back because the facial tech wasn't very attentive, great at service but also cut facial time short by more than 10 minutes. Felt unwanted and jipped. Pros: Beautiful Looks Cons: Do not give full service or full time more

New Image was recommended to me by a friend, and I am so glad that I found them! Complete spa services at reasonable prices--laser hair removal (done by certified technicians) and massage therapy are two of their services I have used, and I have been very pleased with the quality and prices of their services. Very capable employees who are truly interested in your total health in a clean, relaxing and professional facility--you can't go wrong by going here. more
